The Breaix Founding License is intended for a limited cohort of 45 founding participants who receive founder status, defined platform access and priority onboarding ahead of the wider network. Breaix is an independent global commodities infrastructure platform connecting market data, commercial intelligence and business execution workflows. The current target is to provide Founding Members with early access in approximately 4.5 months; timing, included modules, usage limits, delivery milestones and any exclusions will be set out in the written license agreement before purchase. Enterprise services, dedicated integrations, APIs, third-party charges and future paid add-ons are not included unless expressly listed.

What do Founding Members receive?
Lifetime access within the selected license, founding benefits and priority entry before the wider Breaix ecosystem launch. Exact inclusions are stated in the written agreement.

Independent professional brokers and trading companies, subject to eligibility and the selected license.
When will the platform launch?
Founding Members are planned to receive early platform access approximately 4.5 months after the 45-place cohort is filled. This is a target timeline, not a guaranteed launch date; the delivery schedule and applicable terms will be confirmed in the written license agreement.
Why are there only 45 places?
The pre-sale is limited to 45 founding places. Once filled, this specific offer and Founding Member status are planned to close and may not return.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests may be submitted within two months of payment, subject to the written purchase terms and applicable law. After that period, refunds are generally not accepted because planning, resource allocation and the founding place have already been committed. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Does lifetime access include every future feature?
No. Lifetime access applies to the modules and benefits listed in the selected license. New paid services, integrations and third-party fees are excluded unless stated otherwise.
