1. BREAIX is infrastructure, not a decision maker
BREAIX provides tools for organizing information and executing workflows. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, insurance, quality, logistics or sanctions advice unless a separate written service expressly says so.
A dashboard, score, alert, search result, document status, AI-assisted output or recommendation can help a user investigate a situation, but it does not replace qualified human judgment or the checks required for the specific transaction.
2. Counterparty and document risk
A company may be real and still lack authority, inventory, title, liquidity, capacity or intention to perform. A document may be authentic and still be incomplete, expired, misapplied or insufficient for the decision being considered.
Users should independently verify identity, ownership, authority, commodity, quality, origin, destination, pricing, payment terms, insurance, logistics, applicable regulation and the right of every party to make the promises it makes.
3. Market, country and execution risk
Commodity markets can change quickly because of price movements, currency, weather, production, demand, sanctions, regulation, elections, war, transport capacity, port conditions, fraud, force majeure and the actions of public or private actors.
A transaction can fail even when the parties acted in good faith. BREAIX cannot control a bank, carrier, inspection body, government, supplier, buyer, broker, market, network or event outside the platform.
4. No guarantee and no waiver of diligence
Except for obligations expressly agreed in a final written contract, BREAIX does not guarantee availability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, security without interruption or performance by any participant. The platform is provided within the service and risk allocation agreed with the relevant customer.
Before sharing confidential information, paying money, releasing goods, signing a contract or relying on a counterparty, obtain the professional advice and independent verification appropriate to the exposure. If something appears inconsistent or too urgent to verify, stop and escalate it.
